⬡ Can I just rent the kitchen area instead of the entire space?
⬢ When you rent The Hive, you are renting the entire space. (2,326 sq. ft.)
⬡ Is there parking?
⬢ Yes. You can park along Main Street or utilize the Main Street Square parking ramp. Please note: This is paid parking. Utilize the PARK SMARTER app or pay at the meter.
⬡ Do you offer catering?
⬢ The Hive has open catering opportunity, so you are welcome to use a caterer of your choice.
⬡ Can I serve alcohol at The Hive?
⬢ A beer &/or wine bar option is available for rent. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

⬡ How do I book these rentals?
⬢ Let us know when you are setting your event space rental, and we will take care of the rest.
⬡ Will you set up the rentals I add onto my event?
⬢ Yes. When you rent from The Hive, we will have your rental items set up and ready to go for you. However, if you would like to bring your own items, set up will need to fit in the designated time the space is rented. Any time used outside of the agreed upon time frame will result in additional charges.
⬡ Can I serve my own alcohol at The Hive?
⬢ No. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Rentals
Here’s how it works:
⬡ Rent The Hive for a morning, afternoon (throughout the week only) or all day.
⬡ Pricing will include set up times and cleaning fees.
⬡ Additional time can be added to your event if availability allows for a nominal fee per hour.
⬡ Rentals are available. Individual rates apply.
⬡ A deposit is required to secure your date. If your event is cancelled, refund guidelines apply. Please see below.
⬡ Paid parking is available. (Free on weekends & holidays.) Parking is ran by the city of Rapid City. Learn more here.

In the case of a cancellation:
We understand that life happens and an event may need to be rescheduled. Rescheduling is based upon availability and must be booked within 6 months of the initial date.
